ACCESSORIES, INTIMATES, SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS MARKED FINAL, ARE FINAL SALE. THERE WOULD BE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
IMPORTANT: With limited exceptions, refunds will be made in the original form of payment, except that merchandise credit may be given for gift receipt returns. If you used multiple forms of payment, refunds will be applied in the following order (as applicable): (i) merchandise cards/gift cards; (ii) credit cards.Diva Choices does not issue store refund for the original shipping charges.
All items with prices ending in $ .00, .96, .97, and .98 are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned .
With limited exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

we reserve the right, at our sole discretion to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
An excessive amount of returns indicative of "wardrobing;"
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
Potential fraud or criminal activity.
We will review your account at that time and we will make the decision to refuse service to you moving forward. due to similar actions as noted above.
Non-Diva Choices items sent to our facilities will be discarded upon receipt.
